Night in Monument Valley

Description

This image was captured during a trip around Utah in the spring of 2022. I spent the day driving down from Moab and arrived to monument valley well after dark. I planned to spend the night in the back of my rental car so I started looking for a place to park. When I finally found a place to pull off the road, a few coyotes scattered from the area to escape the light from my headlights. I set my alarm for 3am and woke up to this incredible view. I have never experienced darker skies than I did during that trip and it allowed me to capture some incredible details in the Milkyway.
